Since joining Mofilm back in 2017, I’ve provided a launch-pad of collaborative success for its growing pool of filmmakers and clients (DoorDash, Enfamil, Goldman Sachs, Crown Royal, and Target, to name a few).
In my role as Executive Creative Director, I have continued to connect brands to Mofilm’s network of 10,000 talented and passionate filmmakers. What drew me to Mofilm was the platform’s ability to champion makers and filmmakers, summed up here perfectly in the company’s creed: “Many voices are better than one.”
Working closely with my team of producers, strategists, filmmakers and creators, I guide the development of work, looking after multiple phases of the content and filmmaking process; from ‘casting’ the right filmmaker, to brief development, to script writing and shot lists, to final production.
Prior to Mofilm, I had a long and successful career in the agency world, working at notable shops such as R/GA and Chiat/Day on brands including NFL, MasterCard, Verizon, and Google.
On a final note, I am a self-proclaimed amateur graffitist (see Beard Stickers in work section of this site), a long time Chihuahua owner, a proud vegan-taco-eater, and most importantly, a passionate champion of filmmakers and creatives around the globe.

Leads creative development from the company’s U.S. hub in New York. Overseeing the creative and production process, connecting brands with Mofilm’s crowd-sourced network of 10,000 filmmakers and authentic content creators. Since joining Mofilm in 2017, Lee has has been responsible for building current business and landing new business. Lee oversees a range of projects for clients including Crown Royal, Redi-Whip, Rid-X, Target, Doordash, Goldman Sachs, Mastercard and Enfamil.

Managed, reviewed and created online, direct, CRM and email campaigns. Developed strategy for existing clients as well as new business. Guided two new business wins and delivered new vision and direction for each client. Worked with creative teams as well as digital strategists, UX and audience planners to create innovative new platforms for new and existing clients. Developed team member skills by identifying needed training and mentoring. Built and oversaw team of 15.
